Lady Bombers fly past Panthers

The Lady Bombers hosted the Panthers of South Ridge on the December 20.

Bombers' Allison Marine stood her ground beneath the basket, taking 10 first half points, while Kendal Miletich added 8, and Olivia Bogenholm found room to score 5. Makenzee Schleret hit from long range for 3 first half points. Rayna Klejeski and Anessa Davis both scored 2 points in the first half while Gracie Nelson went to the free throw line to land a pair of points from the line. The Bombers took a 32-21 point lead going into halftime.

In the second half, the Bombers put on more steam as Schleret found her range and drop a series of 4 long range 3-pointers while going to the line for 4 more points, giving herself 19 game points. Marine added 4 more points, giving her 14 game points. Bogenholm would add in 4 more second half points giving her 9, while Miletich would end her night with 8 points. Klejeski would land the long shot and another deuce to give her 7 point for the night. Madison Warynagora would find room to score 4 points in the second half, giving her 4 for the night. Nelson would find herself on the line again for a pair of free throws to give her 4 game points. Davis would find the free throw line to add another point, giving her 3 points for the night. Finally Kyra Heaton would come off the bench to score 3 points for the night.

The Panthers' Adella Olesiak led her team with 15 points, Alana Young with 12 points. Rylea Young and Paris Fierkelepp with 5 points each, Svea Snickers and Leanna Olson with 4, and Phylesha Preston with 3.

The Bombers walked away with the 71-48 victory over the Panthers.
