Lady Rebels Hockey win 1, lose 1

The Lady Rebels Hockey traveled to Silver Bay to take on the North Shore Storm on November 12.

Sandra Ribich scored first for the Rebels at 3:53 in the first period with an unassisted goal. Rebels' Grace Nartl scored next in the second period at 5:45, with the assists coming from Megan Hattenberger and Ribich. Ribich would again find the net with her second score of the night at 6:03 in the second period with the assist coming from Hattenberger. The Rebels' final score of the night came at 3:59 of the third period by Jamie Benzie with the assist coming from Lexi Bonneville and Ribich. The Storm finally scored at 15:52 of the third period with an unassisted goal by Sydney Haugan. The Storm's Harper Powell stopped 24-28 shots on goal while Rebels' Jo Wekseth prevented 19-20 shots on goal for the night giving the Rebels the victory, 4-1.

The Lady Rebels were on the road again on November 14, traveling to Princeton to take on the Tigers. Princeton's Amelia Smith scored first at 7:58 of the first period with the assist coming from Madison Aune and Kallie Abrahamson. Rebels' Jamie Benzie tied the game up at the 9:50 mark of the first period with the assist coming from Hallie Klavu. Princeton retook the lead after scoring twice in the second period, first at 1:08 with a shot from Bailey Isaacson with the assist coming from McKenzie Meland, and the second at 8:45 from Smith again with the assist coming from Abrahamson. Princeton scored once more at 16:09 of the third period with an unassisted shot by Abrahamson.

The Rebels kept on fighting and Sandra Ribich scored at 16:24 with the assist coming from Grace Hartl. However, the Rebels fell to Princeton 4-2. The Rebel goalies saved 33-37 shots on goal while the Princeton goalies saved 35-37 shots on goal.
