The Barnum Bombers football team started their Section 7AA tournament run on October, traveling to Braham to take on the Bombers.

Barnum received the ball to start the game and struggled to move forward as the larger Braham defense kept them at bay. Barnum would soon have to punt the ball away and then it was Braham's turn to move the ball. Barnum had some nice defensive stops against Braham, but soon Braham looked to the air to move the ball and they found room to travel down the field. Braham put their first score on the board with 5:17 left in the first quarter, but Barnum was able to hold them to only 6 points as the 2-point conversion failed. Blaze Hurst received the Braham kickoff at the Barnum 15 yard-line and took it out close to Barnum's 35 yard-line. Max Moors got the call from the backline to take the handoff and tried to find room to move the ball up the field. Barnum again found themselves punting the ball away. This time Barnum's defense would come up big against Braham and kept Braham from moving the ball, forcing Braham to turn the ball over. With 8:40 left to go in the second quarter Braham scored their second touchdown, but again Barnum prevented them from getting the 2-point conversion. Braham would next score with 6:11 left in the first half, this time with a successful 2-point conversion. Braham would score one more time late in the first half with 49 seconds left on the clock, with the 2-point conversion again successful. Barnum got the ball back for one more chance to possibly score but a pass from Blaze Hurst was picked off by Braham. They went into halftime with Braham leading 28-0.

In the second half of the game, Barnum found little room to move the ball. Braham scored 3 times in the 3rd quarter to bring the score to 48-0. Barnum finally got some points on the board as Blaze Hurst took the ball into the end zone from 5 yards out, with Reed Kornovich adding the 2-point conversion. The game ended with Braham's win 48-8, ending Barnum's post season.
