ML School selling land

April 25, 2019

The Moose Lake School Board approved the resolution to sell commercial lots on school district land at a special meeting on Monday, April 22.

In the resolution, the board directed Superintendent Robert Indihar to list the school district’s property along Highway 73 for sale. The superintendent is further directed to negotiate a best price for the property within the constraints defined by the school board.

The commercial property is located between the Shopko store and Kwik Trip on the platted Moose Horn Drive. The drive is yet to be built.

There are large lots on each side of the drive, and housing is permitted in the upper levels of businesses, if desired by the building owner.

The real estate firm, F. I. Salter of Duluth, is handling the real estate sales.
