Bomber boys take Vikings by storm

The Barnum Bombers would travel to Cook County in Grand Marais to take on the Vikings on the 8th of February. The Bombers Ryan Weller would start the scoring for the Bombers with a nice outside shot for 3 points. Weller would land another pair of long bombs to get the Bombers out to the early lead. Tyler Nynas would also have 9 first-half points as he would take the ball to the basket and either score or find himself on the free throw line. Sam Goodwin would power his way under the basket to score 6 first-half points, while Blaze Hurst would land a nice pair of shots for 4 first-half points. Jake Nynas would drive into the basket to score and he would also drive the lane and find himself on the free throw line to land a pair of points. Joe Peterson would come off the bench to score a long shot for 3 first-half points. Nathan Moors and Jared Haley would also come off the bench to score a pair of points each. The Bombers would go into half time with a 39-25 point lead.

The second half would be a back and forth battle as neither team would take a large run on the other. The second half would find the Bombers out scoring the Vikings by only 1 point. Tyler Nynas would continue his scoring dominance with 12 second-half points, while Hurst would add an aditional 6 points. Peterson would land another long bomb for 3 secondhalf points. Goodwin, Moors and Haley would all add in 2 points for the Bombers, while Jake Nynas would again find himself on the free throw line for an additional 2 points. Tyler Nynas would end the night with 21 points, Hurst would end the night with 10 points. Weller would end the night with 9 points, Goodwin would end the night with 8 points. Jake Nynas and Peterson would end the night with 6 points apiece, while Moors and Haley would end the night with 4 points each. The Bombers would walk away with the 68-53 point victory over the Vikings.
