Rebels boys fall to Rails

The Moose Lake/Willow River boys basketball team played against the Proctor Rails February 20 and lost 77-42. This loss brings the Rebels' record on the season to 14-11. The Rails went into the half leading 49-24. In the second half, the Rebels were outscored 28-18.

For the Rebels, Avery Kosloski led the way with 13 points, Thomas Gulso scored 12 points and Adam Dragicevich had five. Mason Olson and Logan Orvedahl each had three points, and Ryan Barrett, Ben Dewey and Brady Watrin had two points.

The Rebels have had a hard go of things this season at home, with a record of 5-8, but an overwhelmingly better time on the road with a record of 9-3. The Rebels' next opponent is Rush City on March 1 and 2 in Rush City.
