With this basket, Barnum Bomber Emily Miletich takes over as girls all-time scoring leader.

The Barnum Bombers again hosted a double header for the boys and girls basketball teams.

This time, it was the Cook County Vikings that made the trip to Barnum February 2 to take on the Bombers.

The girls hit the floor first. It was a big night for Bomber Emily Miletich, as she broke the girls all-time points leader record with her second basket of the night. Though it was a slow night for her, only scoring 15 points, the new points record is sitting at 2,224 and still climbing.

Emily Miletich was still the scoring leader for the night, but the Bombers saw a host of other players with points. Kendal Miletich scored 12 points for the night, while Jordyn Marine and Kaitlyn Skutevik both added 10 points. Mallory Agurkis put up nine points. Liz Carlson added four points, while Grace Nelson came off the bench to toss up a three-pointer. Reese Miletich also came off the bench for two points.

The Lady Bombers walked away with the 69-34 victory.

The Bombers girls travel to Crosby-Ironton February 5. They then take on Moose Lake/Willow River at home February 8, game time 7:15 p.m.
