Bombers take on Cardinals

The second game of the week had the Bombers on the road to Cromwell to take on the Cardinals January 19.

This proved to be more difficult as the Cardinals were ready for the Bombers. The Cardinals hit first as they were strong from beyond the arc. This was a back and forth battle between the Bombers and Cardinals with the Cardinals taking a slight lead going into halftime, 29-25.

During halftime, Bombers coach Newman sparked his team and they came out with more power and determination. The Bombers found ways to score and soon took the lead. The Bombers would finally claimed the victory 63-52.

Nynas ended the night with 21 points; Goodwin and Kielty both added 12 points; Hlavka added 10 points, all from the line; Weets and Wheeler rounded out the Bombers scoring with four points each.
