Playground becomes reality

October 12, 2017

Community members gather to build the Gracelynn Rae Stadin Memorial Playground in Kerrick September 30. The playground was built to honor young Gracelynn, a Kerrick resident and Moose Lake Elementary School second-grader, who lost her life following a tragic vehicle accident in 2015. The approximate $70,000 project took under two years to come to fruition.

"It was really meaningful that a lot of people came together on Saturday to build the park to remember Gracie," said Sam Stadin, Gracelynn's older brother.
