Barnum makes easy work of Braham

Barnum's Liz Carlson powers through the Braham defense for the layup.

The Barnum Bombers met the Braham Bombers on the floor in Barnum, in a game in which the Bombers would surely win.

Barnum's Liz Carlson put Braham on notice right away as she landed a trifecta of threes early in the first half, drawing some of the pressure away from Emily Miletich. Emily Miletich then took advantage of the room and racked up 18 first half points. Mallory Agurkis took her turn landing the threes followed by another pair for five first half points. Bailey Wheeler landed the long bomb for three first half points, while Britney Mike slid in from the side to hit her two points in the first half.

The second half found Emily Miletich continuing her onslaught as she had an additional 17 points, while Wheeler came alive and added 11 second half points. Agurkis also add five points while Izabell Carlson came off the bench and showed she can hit the long bomb for three points. Liz Carlson found herself on the line to land a pair of free throws, while Kendal Miletich came off the bench and landed one of two from the free throw line, giving the Barnum Bombers the 76-61 victory over the Braham Bombers.
