Barnum falls short

The Barnum Bombers again found the competition very difficult as they took on the Braham Bombers in a battle on the gridiron Friday, October 14.

It was Braham that scored first and was the stronger of the two teams, as they walked all over Barnum. At times, the Barnum Bombers looked good, only to fall short of the end zone.

As the night went on, Barnum looked to be tiring and Braham took advantage of the lost steam.

Barnum’s Tyler Nynus put a few nice tosses up into the air only to have them fall incomplete or get picked off. Barnum's Michael Lilya got a fair amount of field time as it seemed he was always punting the ball. The Barnum's running backs had a difficult time trying to run the ball, while the Braham's running backs found gaps in Barnum's defense.

The Barnum Bombers fell to the Braham Bombers 38-0 on Barnum's Parents' Night.
