Barnum Bomber Richie Parzy picks up the fake fumble for a nice run against the Rush City Tigers Thursday.

The Barnum Bombers football team hosted the Tigers of Rush City for the Bombers' homecoming game Thursday, October 8.

The Bombers began the night kicking to the Tigers. It took little time before the Tigers showed the Bombers they were there to play ball and scored first.

The Bombers were not held down as they came to the game with an interesting plan. Hunter Lake returned to his duties as quarterback for this game. There were a couple stand-out plays, starting with a pass play that began with a toss from quarterback Lake to Drake Weets. Weets then passed the ball down the field to Colton Ziegler for a nice reception.

The second stand-out play was a fake fumble that was picked up and run up the field for a nice first down by Richie Parzy. The Bombers used this play a couple times with nice results.

The Bombers fell to the Tigers 56-8.
