Northwoods Credit Union has announced the expansion of the business with a new branch at 90 Arrowhead Lane in Moose Lake.

"We are very excited to move to the Moose Lake area to serve our current and future members. Construction is scheduled to begin soon and our full-service financial branch, including a drive-up, should be ready to open by the fourth quarter of 2017. I believe our southern Carlton County members are going to enjoy the convenience and benefits of this beautiful building in the heart of Moose Lake," says Barb Brown, President and CEO of Northwoods.

Northwoods Credit Union has served the Cloquet area since 1936 and is currently a $92 million institution with two branch offices and over 8,000 members. Northwoods started as a five employee credit union for Northwest Paper, but now serves the employees of 20 additional businesses, as well as those who live, work, worship, attend school or volunteer in Carlton, Pine and St. Louis counties.
