IN MEMORIAM

In memoriam of

Bernard Cegla

1993-2013

20 years

We think of you in silence,

We often speak your name,

But all we have are memories,

And your picture in a frame.

Your resting place we visit,

And put flowers there with care,

But no one knows

the heartache,

As we turn and leave you there.

We miss you,

Vrudny of Peace Lutheran Church in Finlayson for his home visit, a nice funeral service, and the delicious meal served by the Women of Peace. Also special thanks to the Methven Funeral Home in Sandstone for their kindness and compassionate professionalism, as well as the American Legion Post 151 for the military honors at the cemetery, and for the show of support by Bob's fellow Finlayson/Geise Lion Members. As funerals go, it was a beautiful send-off for an amazing man who loved you all just as much as he loved life. He will be missed.

Thank You

It is with enormous gratitude and humble hearts that we write to thank you. We want to thank you for the outpouring of support we received from near and far, for the amazing benefit that you put together for us in late November in Lake Park, and showing love and support to us in our time of need.

Throughout our journey, from the birth of our son Benton, through his time in the hospital, to his passing and after, we have been continuously blessed with the generosity of our friends, family, and acquaintances. There are no words to express the depth of our thanks, not only for the monetary support to help us face some pretty daunting medical bills, but also for the time, energy, and organization of so many.

From Bennie, we learned the importance of living in the moment and taking time to be kind and appreciate those around us ... and to tell people you love them, every single day. Your generosity of spirit, beyond all else, has proven to us that the world is overflowing with goodness and that we are so very fortunate to live with and work with and know each and every one of you. May you and your families have the richest blessings today and every day.

With sincere thanks and the hope that you understand how very much you mean to us. Thank you.

Sincerely,

Sean and Amy Degerstrom
