Grinch gives back

A youngster visits with the Grinch last week at MarketPlace Foods in Moose Lake. This Grinch was not out to steal Christmas, but was volunteering his time as a bell ringer for the Salvation Army Red Kettle Campaign. Last year, more than 4,610 individuals and families received assistance from the Salvation Army in Carlton County. All funds raised locally are used locally for services such as the food shelf, emergency assistance, the backpack program, adopt a family program, and for toys at Christmas.
