The Barnum Bombers hosted the Two Harbors Agates on January 28.

The Agates kept the first half close, only falling behind by seven points after the first half of play. The Bombers struggled with getting the ball to drop in the first half.

The Bombers went into the second half with a small lead, but must have settled down at halftime, because they took command of the game and walked away from there.

The Bombers ended the night with a 78-53 point victory. The Bombers only allowed the Agates to put up an additional 18 points, while they doubled that by putting up 36 points in the second half.

The Bombers' Brandon Newman contributed 30 of the Bombers' final points on the night. Newman ended the night with 30 points, three rebounds, five steals and 10 assists. Daniel Warpula ended with 13 points, five rebounds, three steals and three assists. Tory Slater added eight points, four from below the basket, tossing up a three-pointer from beyond the arc and adding a free throw, four rebounds and two assists. Zach Carlson scored seven points, three rebounds, two steals and three assists. Dakotah Haley added six points and four rebounds. Sam Anderson had four points, four rebounds and one steal. Nicholas Jelinek came off the bench to hit a shot from beyond the arc to end his night with three points and two rebounds. Chase Peterson also came off the bench to land the long ball from beyond the arc for his three points of the night. Mitchell Weller headed to the free throw line and hit a pair of free throws for his two points for the night; he also pulled down one defensive rebound. Nathen Jelinek hit from the paint for his two points for the night.
